Regular volunteer opportunities at the Capuchin Soup Kitchen and community programs serving those experiencing poverty and food insecurity in Detroit.

Contemplative prayer nights, scripture study, retreats, and spiritual formation rooted in Franciscan spirituality and Catholic social teaching.

14th Annual Bocce with the Brothers
Friday, March 27
Join us for the 14th Annual Bocce with the Brothers fundraiser! 100% of proceeds go directly to the Capuchin Ministries, including the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, Solanus Casey Center, and Capuchin Retreat. Last year's event raised over $100,000. Enjoy bocce, auctions, and entertainment while supporting the Detroit community!

We are proud to partner with the Capuchin Franciscan Province of St. Joseph and their various ministries serving the Detroit community.
For over 100 years, the Capuchin Soup Kitchen has provided food, clothing, and hope to those experiencing poverty and homelessness. Through our partnership, FSA members engage in hands-on service while learning about Franciscan values of simplicity, solidarity, and care for creation.
