Executive Committee
FSA is led by a dedicated executive committee of three officers elected annually by active members. Our leadership team works collaboratively to plan events, maintain partnerships, and ensure FSA remains a welcoming community for all.

President
Marco Agrusa
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations and strategic direction of FSA
- Serve as primary liaison with University of Michigan and partner organizations
- Chair general and executive committee meetings
- Ensure alignment with FSA's mission and values
- Represent FSA at Voluntary Service Organization (VSO) meetings and University events
- Develop long-term strategic vision for the organization

Vice President
Eddie Gamble
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the President in all organizational operations
- Coordinate and plan service events and volunteer opportunities
- Manage volunteer scheduling and transportation logistics
- Maintain relationships with community partners, especially Capuchin Ministries
- Recruit and train new volunteers
- Assume Presidential duties when needed

Secretary-Treasurer
Giovanni Cavaliere
Key Responsibilities:
- Record accurate meeting minutes and maintain organizational records
- Track attendance and maintain membership records
- Manage FSA budget and financial records
- Organize fundraising campaigns and events
- Handle email communications and correspondence
- Manage social media accounts and digital presence
Elections & Term
How Elections Work
- Officers are elected annually at the end of the winter semester
- Elections are conducted by secret ballot among active members
- A simple majority is required to win office
- Officers serve a one-year term beginning at the start of the fall semester
- Officers may run for re-election
Eligibility to Run
Any active member in good standing may run for executive office. Candidates should demonstrate commitment to FSA's mission, strong organizational skills, and a desire to serve the community.
Removal from Office
An officer may be removed from office by a two-thirds vote of active members for failure to fulfill duties, violation of University policies, or actions contrary to the mission of FSA.
